All poster prints are non refundable and non returnable due to our third party printing partners.
Damage to your poster print
Please report damage within 1 week of receiving your damaged poster, by emailing learn@hartfloraleducation.com. Please provide an image of the damages and order number and we may be able to issue a reprint.
If you are unable to claim your package due to incorrect address or other reasons we are unable to offer a refund or reprint. Please fill out your address carefully and pick up packages promptly from Post office boxes.
We are unable to offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.
For all international orders, buyer is required to pay any duties and taxes as required by their country of residence.
Due to covid-19 restrictions printing at our printing is taking longer than normal. Additionally, shipping, especially those of international orders are experiencing longer delays than normal. Please be patience as the situation continues to improve.
